Atelier Livestreaming Influencer Collaboration — Terms & Conditions

1 Collaboration Objective

The purpose of this collaboration is to promote Atelier's Livestreaming Concept, where Indian buyers can discover and source Asian products through live interactive streaming sessions.

2 Deliverables

• 3 Instagram Reels promoting Atelier's livestreaming concept.
• Content must be original, engaging, and aligned with the brand's objectives.
• All 3 reels must be posted within 30 days from the date the collaboration products/services are received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Atelier must be tagged in all collaboration content.

3 Barter Benefits Provided by Atelier

• 1 Customized Premium Phone Cover.
• 2 Premium Phone Covers.
• 2 Nights Royal Stay at the partner property.
• Complimentary Breakfast, Lunch and dinner during the stay.

Phone covers may require 30–45 days for production and delivery. The stay is subject to availability, which does not include blackout days and public holidays.

4 Plus One Policy

• The collaboration benefits are applicable only to the selected Collaborator.
• If the Collaborator wishes to bring one additional guest (+1), a charge of ₹3,000 per night will apply.
• The influencer can bring a maximum of +2 guests along during the stay.

5 Content Guidelines

• Content must present Atelier and its livestreaming concept in a positive and professional manner.
• Misleading claims, false information, offensive language, or defamatory statements about the brand are strictly prohibited.
• The Collaborator shall comply with applicable advertising and social media disclosure guidelines.

6 Content Usage Rights

• Atelier shall have the right to repost, share, promote, and use the collaboration content across its social media platforms, website, presentations, advertisements, and marketing materials without additional compensation.
• Proper credit may be given to the Collaborator where applicable.

7 Non-Performance

• If the Collaborator fails to publish the agreed deliverables within the specified timeline, Atelier reserves the right to request completion of pending deliverables, or recover the market value of the benefits provided under this collaboration.

8 Cancellation

• Atelier reserves the right to cancel the collaboration before the benefits are issued if circumstances require.
• Any cancellation after benefits have been availed may be subject to review based on deliverable completion status.

9 Conduct During Stay

The Collaborator and accompanying guest shall:

• Respect property rules and staff.
• Avoid any activity causing damage to property or reputation.
• Be responsible for any damages caused during the stay.

10 No Monetary Compensation

This collaboration is strictly a barter arrangement. No cash payment, commission, royalty, salary, or future revenue share shall be payable by either party unless separately agreed in writing.

11 Acceptance

Acceptance of the collaboration benefits shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Atelier reserves the right to amend these terms whenever necessary.
